Blue Creek Trading Co is a family-run business in Kimberly, AL. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you use bluecreektrading.net, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Order details: your name, email address, phone number and billing information when you place an order.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address if you sign up for our deal alerts.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through our social pages.
- Cookies and basic analytics: small files that keep your cart working, remember your session and help us understand how the site is used. Our site also uses caching (LiteSpeed) to load pages faster.
How we use it
- To process and fulfill your orders.
- To contact you about your order and coordinate a pickup time and location.
- To send deal alerts if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out any time.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by WooPayments, which is powered by Stripe, and support cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your full card details go directly to the payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. If you pay with Venmo or Cash App, that payment is handled by Venmo or Cash App under their own privacy policies, and we only see the payment confirmation.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the services needed to run the store, such as our payment processor, website host and email newsletter provider, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for our business, tax and legal records. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you. Just email us at hello@bluecreektrading.net and we’ll take care of it. Some order records may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
